DON’T laugh

No, seriously. It’s not funny.

It’s a form of torture.

To the utterly ridiculous…

So, at the wedding we are going to at the weekend, there is a serious risk of injury.

Oh, and I have to wear…a dress. Uh.

As long as you don't get them mixed up. :-)

...I could pop them into my pack for Braemar...

I wouldn't do that. Jeremy might swipe them...

Size 4?! My, he's got dainty feet...

Will David be sporting a similar pair as you seem to be wearing the same gear now.

Now that could be amusing! Wish I'd thought of it.

If this is the wedding down here that you mentioned earlier, I suggest waders !

I had noticed it's a bit damp down your way. Might swap the dress for a wet suit while I'm at it!

Wear a long dress and the boots!

That was my preferred option, but I was out voted by the fella that doesn't have to wear crippling shoes!!
Typical.

In 2 days time (unless I lose concentration on the task) there'll be a photo on my blog of me in a frock ... on the PCT. I wasn't wearing heels though.

Do you think you'll remember how to walk in them, or will you be teetering like you're drunk before you've even got started?

I have a rule about wearing heels. I will only wear them in a mainly standing still or sitting situation. I do not go to the bar, dance or mingle. There will be staggering to and from the powder room. Before and after anaesthetic has been administered. And unless I get a wheelchair or piggyback, to and from church and reception. Good catholic do, so I'll be up and down like a yoyo. Joy.
Gayle in a dress eh? Will you be slipping one into your pack for a sociable Challenge?
