Friendship…

…is like wetting your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you know how warm it is.

I was out with my walking girlies last night. We had a ball, no rain filled, raging streams, boggy footpaths or gales, just good food, a little gin and lots of dancing.

Friends are good to have.

That made me Laugh Out Loud!

Lots of gin then...
:)

Disturbingly little, actually! Didn't know I could dance so much sober. And stay upright.

I was out with my walking mate today. We had rain filled bogs, I had wet feet, the wind was cold, a marmite butty for lunch, and no gin.
...actually, it was great - friends are good to have....

Funny isn't it? The last walk I had with the girlies should have been miserable, torrential rain, flooding, boggyness, single-file footpath, but we had such a laugh, lunching in a skip, paddling, (found out there should have been a bridge...). Friends make it all worth while!

I reckon Stephen Fry must read your blog.

Only a few days after your 'frienship' gag he used it himself on his show.

Ok, I confess, you've rumbled me, I pinched it from him.

You must have seen a repeat.
